10.4.Footer Builder
Using this feature, you can build any number of footers as you want. First, Go to the footer builder section of your admin area, then click on ‘Add New Layout’ it will redirect to the page where you can make the footer. For this, you need to first select how many a number of the column you wanted. Now each individual column contains the same bunch of settings.
Footer Column: You have to select the footer column. It works based on the bootstrap grid system. Please check this for more details.

EX. If you select the 4 Column, something like this class ( .col-{{ based on view }}-4 ) will be added to that particular column and view.
Column Alignment: it will set the alignment of the column.
Footer Sidebar: You have to select which sidebar you wanted to show in that particular column. You just have to drag it from the left panel. Later on, you can add a widget to it using the WordPress widget area. You also can create a custom sidebar as many you want using ‘Custom Sidebar’ functionality.
Then there will be these three options. Using it, you can hide show the column on a particular view. Hide For Desktop, Hide For Tablet, Hide For Mobile will help create the different footer for different views.
Now just lie the Footer theme option similar option has been given in footer builder itself. This setting contains the background, Copyright section, etc., which you have seen in theme options.
Once you finished creating it, you can assign the footer using the footer section’s theme option.
