Post a Presale Query

Follow the below steps to post a Presale query on our support forum.

  2. If you are an existing user, log in to support system. You can log in using your Envato account. Even you can use your email, Facebook, or Twitter for login.You can also use Envato, or email to register a new account if you do not have an account on the support system. Once you are ready after login, you can proceed to the next step.
  3. Click on “Submit a ticket” link/button.
  4. Select “Pre-purchase questions or suggestions” in “Product or Category” dropdown.
  5. Fill below details in the form:
    1. Ticket Subject: Write the name of the product and a short topic of your query. See below example for the CiyaShop WordPress theme:
      CiyaShop Theme: My Query Topic
    2. Ticket Description: Write detailed information about your query, and provide all the references and details which can elaborate easily to understand your query.
    3. Add Attachment: Attach all the materials, like screenshots and screencasts, which can help to understand your query.


Here are the details which you can provide while posting your query.

  • Provide detailed information about your query.
  • If possible, provide links and references related to your query.
  • Provide screenshots and add marking in the screenshot images and explain markings.
  • If possible, provide screencasts.
